Rent and utilities are shown separately. As a general rule, the deposit and the booking fee each equal one month’s rent plus utilities. The fee is a one-off, non-refundable payment; check the breakdown and the booking channel’s terms before confirming.
New website requests have a minimum stay of 30 days. The listing shows whether check-in and check-out are billed by full months or half-months, without daily proration. Contract dates may differ from physical arrival or departure. Choose available dates and review the full period before committing.
Leaving early or returning the keys does not automatically cancel the contract. Depending on the agreed terms, rent obligations may remain until the end of the period, along with compensation payments and consequences for the deposit. Notify us in writing and expressly agree any change. If you booked through a platform, also process the cancellation there.
The deposit is security and does not replace the final monthly payment. It is settled at the end of the contract, after checking the accommodation’s condition, the return of the keys and any outstanding amounts. The refund and justified deductions are governed by the contract and applicable rules.
Respect rest, cleanliness, safety and responsible use of utilities. Smoking indoors, subletting and accommodating overnight guests without authorisation are not permitted. Also review your home’s rules and inventory.
