RESIDENT GUIDE

Arrive, settle in.
Feel at home.

A practical guide to preparing your arrival, living well together and knowing who to contact during your stay.

  1. Before you travel

Your confirmation and arrival instructions are your starting point.

    • Check the accommodation code, address, move-in and move-out dates, and contract period.
    • Complete your documents through the channel provided by the team, and review the amounts and payment instructions for your booking.
    • Confirm what your accommodation includes and what you need to bring: bed linen, pillows and towels depend on the property.

If you need documents for municipal address registration, ask us before booking an appointment. This support depends on the accommodation; the requirements and decision are the responsibility of the local council.

  2. Your arrival

Once your booking is confirmed, we coordinate your arrival and key handover.

    • Agree your arrival time with the team. If you arrive outside normal hours, confirm the arrangements and any applicable surcharge in advance.
    • Follow the access instructions for your accommodation and save the contact channel provided for your stay.
    • Check the room and its equipment when you arrive. Report any issue promptly and add photographs that help explain it.
  3. Sharing everyday life

Living together starts with small gestures and respect for each person’s space.

    • Read your home’s rules on noise, visitors, safety and the use of shared areas.
    • Put away your belongings, wash your dishes and take out the rubbish. Any included cleaning depends on the accommodation and goes alongside daily care.
    • Get to know your housemates at your own pace and respect their privacy, routines and different ways of living.
  4. If you need help

A clear report helps us review your case and coordinate the response.

    • Identify your accommodation, describe what happened and attach photographs when helpful.
    • When you arrive, follow the arrival instructions to report any problems. After the first week, use the QR code on the notice in your home and the issue report form.
    • For urgent operational issues, use the dedicated channel provided for your stay.
  5. Prepare for your departure

Coordinate the handover so the end of your stay is documented.

    • Review your accommodation’s instructions, complete the departure form and coordinate the return of your keys.
    • Remove your belongings and rubbish, leave the areas you used clean, and keep photographs or a video showing their condition at handover.
    • If you need to leave early, notify info@vibehousing.es in writing and complete the early departure form. The team will review your contract terms.

The deposit is settled separately at the end of your stay and does not replace the final month’s rent. Ask the team about any outstanding amounts.
