What they are and what we use
Cookies are small files that a site can save in your browser. The website may also use equivalent technologies, such as localStorage y sessionStorage, to preserve a preference or the status of a navigation.

Vibe Assistant temporarily keeps the thread on sessionStorage. Resolved conversations are not copied to the backoffice. If a query cannot be resolved, VibeHousing may retain a limited fragment for review; Before saving it, email, telephone, document and reference patterns are deleted. Do not include sensitive data in the chat.

Available categories
- Essentials: security, navigation, search continuity, reservation and privacy choice. They cannot be disabled without preventing basic functions.
- Measurement and analytics: would allow us to know in an aggregate way how the web is used. VibeHousing records pages, searches, bot opens and completed forms only after your consent. This measurement does not save chat text; The separate operational record of unresolved questions is limited to what is described in the previous section.
- Marketing: would allow measuring campaigns or personalizing advertising. There are currently no active advertising pixels.

How you can choose
On the first visit you can reject the optional categories, configure them or accept them. Reject and accept are displayed at the same level. Optional categories appear disabled by default in the settings panel.
Your choice can be modified at any time using the cookies button located in the lower left corner. The website will request it again when it expires, this policy materially changes or different purposes are added.

Third party services
Google Analytics 4 is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. It is activated only with your consent to analytics, which you can withdraw using the cookies button. Withdrawing consent stops measurement and deletes the analytics cookies accessible from this website.
Event and user data for explorations are retained in Google Analytics for 14 months. Google may process information outside the European Economic Area in accordance with its applicable terms and safeguards. See its privacy policy and data processing terms.
